Kay, so I'm at school. Yay, school. I have to call the CS and tell them about the fourth. Bakatana and her stupid scheduling.

Steve-o is playing Trogdor next to me. It looks like a really fun game although I haven't played it. Trogor is here.

I don't really have much to talk about. Making a cannon tonight. Bug's B-day party. Tommorw grandparents come & I got to Japan bowl. Day after is b-day. Fun.

I want to go post on board. Jaa.

Okay, so I was going to write a post for this. As a matter of fact, I was fairly far along. Then Katana called. So, you don't get to know my thoughts from yesterday. I'm sorry.

How to load a black powder cannon

First, you’re going to need a large round piece of wood as long as your cannon will be and as thick as the calibre will be. Let’s say our cannon will be thirteen and a half feet long and 20 inches thick. This means our cannon will be eight times longer than the opening is around.. This will help your shape the barrel of your cannon. A large tree trunk without bark or branches should suffice. Then, your going to need some metal rods. Place these around your core to form a cylinder. Make sure these bars are thick, otherwise your cannon (and yourself) may be tragically obliterated. Then, heat more metal rods and wrap them around like you would to form a wooden barrel. This technique is called “hoop and stave.” After your creation has cooled bore out the wooden core.

Okay, so I'm going to Williamsburg tommorow with Tana. I haven't spoken to her in three or four days. It's scary. They're coming to get me tommorow after school. Yay! I finally have some time (late at night). Yurg. I hope I don't get a lot of Chem homework tommorow. Ah, well, if I do I can get it done. It's only Chem. Going to Band and the pizza party for the Japanese exchange students tommorow 8th period. Erin and I are trying to put something together for the March birthdays, but it's not going so well... I think I'm gonna go. Jaa.
